Force Should Always Serve Right
If the principles of wisdom, codes of government, laws of right, and rules of force do not aid and support one another,
They will be neither fruitful nor effective among the mass of the people. The marks of the Shari‘a will be neglected and remain in abeyance. The people will not rely on them in their affairs, nor have confidence in them.
